Commission And Cash Discount
15 percent of gross space billing (includes space, color, bleed) to recognized agencies. Commission not allowed on art and production charges or reprints. No cash discounts. Net 30 days from date of invoice.

Payment Policy
Payment accepted in U.S. currency only. Checks payable to The JG Press, Inc. Note: When using Visa, Mastercard or American Express, a 4 percent service fee will be applied to the payment.

Publisher reserves the right to hold advertiser and/or its advertising agency jointly and severally liable for such monies as are due and payable to the publisher. All one-twelfth and one-sixth page advertisements and Professional Services ads are to be PAID IN ADVANCE with the insertion order.

Production Charges
Design and layout are provided for a nominal fee.

Acceptance Of Advertising
All advertisements are subject to the approval of the publisher. Responsibility for claims and actions based on advertising content is borne by the advertiser and advertising agency.

Advertising Which Simulates Editorial Content
Publisher reserves the right to place the word “advertisement” with advertising copy which in publisher’s opinion resembles editorial matter.

Positioning
Positioning of advertisements is at the discretion of the publisher.

Cancellation
Advertiser may not change or cancel any order for an advertisement after the closing date for space reservations for the issue in which the advertisement is to be published.
