Registration and Exhibit Setup
Plan to set up your exhibit on Monday, April 16: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
All exhibits must be completely set up by 9:00 PM on Monday, April 16.
Note: Demonstration of any process that creates an odor is prohibited.

Cancellation Policy
100% refund if cancelled by February 21, 2012
Cancellations received February 22 – March 16, 2012: 75% refund
Cancellations received after March 16, 2012: no refund
Certificate of Insurance
BioCycle Conference exhibitors assume responsibility and agree to indemnify and defend the BioCycle and the Red Lion Hotel on the River and their respective employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibition premises. The Exhibitor understands that neither BioCycle nor the Red Lion Hotel on the River maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
